Camera issues

[Constant Drone]

Hope I got the right forum for this question. Let someone try to fly the Mavic Pro and they brought it up 4 feet and drifted into a tin shed. The drone went down. I powered down. Checked out the drone - there were no scratches, scraps or scuffs. None of the blades were damaged. The only issue is the camera does not work. By not working I mean there is no flight view on the smart phone. Just a black screen. The drone flies properly. The camera controls work. It will point down and up - when pushing the photo button it makes the sound as if it were taking a photo. Nothing on the SD card though. Could this be a firmware problem or is there some kind of reset process? Or is the camera trashed. There are no marks on the camera.

@Thunderdrones should know but it is probably a damaged ribbon cable. It is rather fragile.

Your silver video cable might have gotten damaged. Are you getting any error messages

No error messages. If the cable is damaged would the camera still be able to tilt and swivel?
