Good day all

I had some very odd fish bowl flying on my mavic

So I did the HMU recalibration - compass recal
Afterwards my Camera gimbal went all wonky
It was thrashing about etc
I recalibrate HMU and redid the Firmware.
Nothing changed sent warning Gimbal overload or obstruction..

After some messing around I noticed the camera lens was turned 45deg clockwise - I simply turn it counter clockwise - and bang it was fine.

If i turn the power off and turn it clockwise it will lock at 45 deg and then act up again.it only does this by turning it clockwise. Counterclockwise no problem

Has anyone had this happen to them?? Or could some check to see if theirs lock when turning clockwise?? It would be appreciated -

Don't want to use the DJI care if I don't have to

Thanks again

Are you rolling the camera when the drone is turned on? If you need to do that, then its a warranty issue, not a Refresh issue if you havent crashed.

No I did it in the power off position

Mine was locked in the clockwise position and it cause the gimbal to malfunction. I powered off and moved it counter clockwise it and was freed- and seems to work ok afterwards

I am just wondering if anyone else's lock in the clockwise position - with power off-
Then I can just chalk it up to a fluke thing

I got this same problem it's locks out at about 9 o'clock , clockwise but seams to work fine otherwise . I've noticed I can't do the latest firmware update due to the fault.
