Please don't take this the wrong way, but I think if you are using this for your living you might want to have a backup.

It is a very good point. I have a back up. Unfortunately the image quality is not near as good. Trust me, I am a believer in redundancy. I am thinking about how to make that happen.

As has been stated this is a common issue.

Another solution exit DJI go4 and restart it image will come back

It’s a feature not a fault in DJIs head we are never going to get support for the Mavic 2 Pro and the SC it’s like Windows Vista was originally

Starting the SC first and then the drone is working great so far.

Actually it hasn’t happened to me since the last update. No matter which I start first.

The cause could be because the SC is capable of binding to more than one AC (aircraft).

Hi Ken,

Sorry to hear about this. Can you try taking some photos or video and then looking at the SD card on your computer to see if it is actually recording anything. Just trying to isolate the issue to the aircraft or SD card or remote controller.

Can you control the gimbal still?

Are you getting the normal telemetry data from the aircraft showing height etc?

And I have to ask, has the aircraft had any bumps or hard landings?

I'm having the same problem with my Mavic 2 Zoom, just now gimbals works but no video to my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone
