Can’t find photos...

Looking for some help. Spent entirely too much time on YouTube and scouring the internet to find what is probably a simple answer. I also did a search through some of the Forum threads here but haven’t seen what I am looking for yet.

i am able to access video footage from both the internal storage of my Mavic 2 Pro and my SD card... but I don’t see my photo files. I only see them on my iphone in the DJI Go 4 app under Flight Records. I am trying to transfer the photos to my Apple Computer For post processing.

Did you shoot in RAW ?
Could be you don’t have software installed that can read RAW files.

I did shoot in RAW. I use Lightroom. I am confused because I don’t see those files on internal storage or my SD card To even transfer them onto my computer. Video files are no issue. i only see the photos on my phone on the app.

I assume you should be able to access the files on the SD card directly through Lightroom.
I don't have Lightroom to test.

And don't forget that RAW files in the drone have a .DNG extension. That threw me at first.

Yep, rattle off a few test shots when set to JPEG + RAW just to make sure it's not purely a 'RAW' issue.
