Can gimbal slider be reversed?

Hey guys, was wondering if the thumb slider for the gimbal rotation can be reversed as it doesn't feel natural to push inward and have the gimbal rotate upwards- seems backwards- can this be changed?

Pushing away from you is up Pushing towards you is down.Just think of it with relation to the way the gimbal is following its path.

There is no toggle setting to reverse the way the gimbal thumbwheel rotates the gimbal backwards and forwards or up and down.
