Can I Fly on my OWN 21 or 400 Acres without a RID?

Does anyone know if I can fly on my own property without having to be registered or RID compliant?
I own a DJI M2EA.
I have 21 acres in one location and 400 acres out in West Texas.
Yes, I am a Part 107.

You can until March 16, 2024. After then, you will have to be compliant, regardless of whether you own the property or not.

What aircraft are you flying?

If it's not RID compliant you "can legally fly w/o RID enforcement" (unless there is an incident and remember, it's Deferred Enforcement which gives the FAA a lot of room to maneuver if needed) right now until March of 2024.

Unless you fall within certain "narrow" criteria you are required to meet RID requirements or fly at a FRIA (which MANY requests have been denied to date, even VERY valid requests).

Now being realistic, is anyone going to know or even care in your situation? Most likely NOT but . . . if there is an incident and you're not RID Compliant then you could face full enforcement totally depending on the circumstances and the discretion of the FAA at that time.

You can apply for your property to be a FRIA:

This would seem to preclude that for an individual pilot. From the FRIA website:

"Who can apply for a FRIA?​

Only FAA-recognized Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and educational institutions such as primary and secondary schools, trade schools, colleges, and universities are eligible to request the establishment of a FRIA."
