I have a 100w wall plug to usb c charger that came with my laptop. I use it to charge my phone because it's super fast.

Can I use this charger to charge the rc2 and battery bank that came with my mini 4 pro?

I used a 65w charger and it worked fine , in fact better than the DJI QC3 plug that came with the Mini 2

Just for anyone else who may have the same question in the future: I used my 100w adapter this morning to charge a bank of three brand new intelligent flight batteries that were completely dead. It fully charged all three in about 2.5 hours, plus another hour or so for the RC2.

I had to send my motion controller back to DJI it would not charge. The called me and ask how I was charging it. I tolled them sometimes with a 100w,sometimes with a 60w block. They told me I should not go over a 30w. They did send me a new one back.By mistake I put it in the 100w none of the lights came on I took it out right away and put it in the 30w and it started charging right away. Luckily

Maybe it was your particular charger. PD USB-C chargers can be wonky trying to auto select the correct voltage on different devices. I have 2 100watt chargers that often do weird things. I use a Gan pro 240 watt charger with all of my DJI devices with no issues, including my MC2.

good to know. But for now I will use the smaller charger. And a hardly ever use the motion controller I like the FPV controller

That advice from DJI was utter bovine excrement.

PD is a relatively new, evolving standard. There are holes in the spec that can result in sources and sinks failing negotiation resulting in a device not charging at all. It has nothing to do with the available capacity of the charger.

When this happens, you just need to try a different charger brand/make.

I use a 240W PD charger to charge all my DJI PD compatible gear, including the MC3.

100-Watt charger? No problem!
I use the 100W Anker Prime charger and the LKTOP two-way charging hub to charge my 3 Smart Plus batts and RC2 controller simultaneously. The components do get slightly warm, but never hot during charging. The charger is also very compact (2.3" x 1.7" x 1.5") so it easily fits in my hard case. The LKTOP is only slightly larger than the DJI two-way hub, so it also fits nicely in my case. An ideal setup.
