Can not download videos or photos after the new firmware

Hi guys

After the new firmware update ,i could not download any photo or download from the app,downloading photos is extremely slow,when i try to download videos ,screen stucks at 'Download Initialize " without any changes.I tried to delete app and reinstall it but it did not work,it is very frustrating,kindly requeating your help.

I can't even get the update firmware notification, I really don't know what is happening...
