I was just on the site, it says you can fly recreational UAS with a Trust certificate, I have that also have part 107 FAA, also have Mini 2 Mavic Air 2, but then its says you can't fly above 400feet ? So Were heading to Open Grove- thats Prohibited, and Cape May. Can I fly anywhere?

You have to look at Cape May's town ordinances. It is difficult in NJ - much easier to fly in NY, I have found.

Any local regulation that controls what you can fly over is federally preempted. That doesn't mean they can't try and enforce it, but it does mean if you fight it, you'll win.
