Can you buy DJI refresh for like new condition MP you buy from a private party?

I was curious, Could you buy DJI refresh for like new condition MP you buy from a private party? I thought I saw something about being able buy the Refresh plan if you send DJI a video of the MP operating normally?

Yes you can it involves emailing them photographs and possibly a video of the drone working

Do you know if you can just email the pix and video with serial # of the unit?

I saw something on this forum a year ago or so about buying third party insurance like Farmers or State Farm. Is that still possible?

As long as you are not in California Statefarm is a great option. Its 5 bucks a month and covers anything that will happen to the Mavic. You do not need to have existing insurance with Statefarm to have them issue you a personal articles policy for the drone.

That won't work. You must send them a video to show everything is in working order exactly as shown here.
