I recently bought the Mini 2 Fly More Combo but I've lost the drone.

Can anyone recommend a reputable company in the UK that can sell me just the drone? Thanks.

CostCo sells the Mini 2 in a bundle for under $400 in their stores. In almost all cases, it's better to buy another retail package than just the drone alone! Usually very close in price!

I believe if you contact DJI directly and explain that you have lost your drone, they will sell you just the drone and battery as a service part. This is not the retail packages that they sell on their website or in retail stores. That way you are not getting a bunch of parts you already have.
