Can you fly the zoom 2 with the oem gimbal cover on?

Since the cover also locks the gimbal in place, you should always remove it before powering on the Mavic.

Technically you could fly with the gimbal cover on. However you would be damaging your camera gimbal and you wouldn't get any photo or video that isn't blurry.

I taped a strip of bright Red ribbon to my outer gimbal cover to remind me to remove the Cover and the Clamped. Adds a dash of spice to the look, too??
