It's a lot more than unclear. It's downright dangerous. Tell me how you'd feel sitting at 35,000 feet next to the guy who admits that it's probably his batteries that have just exploded and caught fire in the hold because he thought they meant the whole drone....then kiss your rear end goodbye.
