Hello, Canadian drone enthusiasts,

After today's firmware update, it seems we no longer have to worry about unlocking areas (circles, polygons) or zones on our accounts in DJI FlySafe. Hooray, we are free to fly (using the don't do anything stupid rule), at least with our ~249g Mini series as this little screen grab will attest.

I am not sure if this applies to larger DJI aircraft as well.

I am not sure if this applies to larger DJI aircraft as well.
I haven't seen it yet, but it appears [as you have shown] that the onus is on you to know your limitations.
Unlocking can be a pain when you are in a hurry!
