Cancel RTH and stick control

Noticing that if I cancel a RTH on the Air2s, that the sticks are not responsive for a few seconds afterwards. Tried this a couple times. Cancel the RTH close to the home point. I see the drone break, and stop. Then when I try to go forward again, it takes a few seconds for the drone to respond. Is this normal behavior? I would says it 5-10 seconds before I can move the drone forward. (Normal Mode)
