Cannot connect to Logs via DJI Assistant 2 on Mac

Hi,

I am trying to download flight logs from my Air and DJI Assistant 2 doesn't see anything. All I get is a circle spinning round. I've tried 2 Macs, cable changes and reboots. Does anyone know how to get this to work?
