Cannot start MPP

Hi - Until a few days ago I always started my rotors by both sticks down and in - but suddenly that has stopped working
I have tried all 4 stick control setting options - even several in "custom" - but none work.

At the moment the only way I have of starting the rotors is by the orange slider which also takes it up immediately to over a metre - which I would rather it did not do.

What do I have to do to get my rotor start back?

It might be it only see the start movement reaching 99%

I have done as the video shows but I still cannot start the MPP when the sticks are in Custom mode.

If I go to mode 2 the rotors start with the sticks bottom and inwards but not when I go back to custom mode - I did fly it for a few feet in mode 2 before shutting down and starting again then moving to Custom, but they still did not start.

Have you any other ideas?
