Can't Access Internal Drive

Forgot my SD card today and had to use the internal drive on my Air 2S. For some reason the drive isn't popping up in Windows Explorer. I know how to do this but it's just not popping up. I know I have a good connection because I can connect to DJI Assistant. Any ideas to help me get these off the drone?

I actually found a work around. I transferred images from Drone to DJI RC Pro then to the SD Card and then to my computer but I'd still like to hear any thoughts about why I can't see the drives on my computer. I tried it on two computers so I don't think it's my systems..thanks.

In Winders Exploder, right click on “your pc” and choose manage disks. If you can see the internal disk physically, the lower section, not the drive letter section at the top, that means the partition has an issue and can’t be mounted. If you see it physically then my instructions at another post (see below link) should work. Once you recover images, format your internal drive through the controller / DJI fly.
