Can't change camera or video settings

Hi

Problem?

New Mavic Pro, with iPhone 7, and the DJI Go 4 app installed and apparently working ok.

All updates installed as notified.

Controller and the app worked fine for a few short test flights today.

My problem is that I am not able to access the settings for either the camera or the video. In the app, I am able to switch between the camera and video modes using the icon just above the shutter release / video capture button on the left of the screen. However the "slider" icon below the shutter release button does not do anything.

Was unit in a crash? No

What have you tried so far? Swapped out of "Beginner Mode" - no difference.

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? iPhone 7

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? Not sure but should be up-to-date as this is brand new equipment.

What Go app version are you using? DJI Go 4 (fresh installation today)

Any modification? (if so what) No

Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what) No

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? (if so post link) No

Problem has now gone away! Not sure how or why, but I now have access to the settings options for both still photos and video.

You must be connected to the drone. Drone on and RC on and linked.
