Can't control the gimbal from GO 4 App

Just FYI, everyone, I also got on the forum at DJI, and one of their moderators suggested that I follow their recommended list of devices, which does include several Samsung tablets, but not our Tab A. I assume that he would have told us if the Mavic Pro did not support the device controlling the gimbal. First chance we get, we will test using my wife's iPhone 6S+. That one is on their compatibility list. I am very impressed with our little Mavic Pro and its capabilities, but I don't think software is DJI's strong point.

I use the C2 key for that. You can set C2 to toggle between horizontal & vertical on the camera gimbal ... so a quick press or two will have you 100% reset back to the horizontal.

Yeah, I use that as well on the C2 key. However, we are wanting to gradually bring the gimbal down to an angle that frames the picture/video better. As I remember, the C2 instantly moves it straight down and then back to level on the next press. That's good, but it's not what we're after in some cases. However, I certainly appreciate the response. It's a pleasure to visit with you folks.

Well, it has in the past, although it's never been very smooth or reliable. Ken K, posting above, says it works fine for him...BUT... is he flying a Mavic Pro or something else? Ken K, if you're still on, please let us know what your AC is. I never did ask that. And thanks, DanMan.

That's DJI's scripted response listing devices they have tested. YMMV with the hundreds of versions that they haven't tested.
