cant edit a thread any idea why

i seem to have an issue editing an old thread here

Hello Exphantomflyer

I am trying to get the DashWare working and everything seems to be OK until I add th e.csv file fomr AirData and select the DJIMini4 Data profile and I get this error:
Any Ideea? I am attaching the csv file.

I need to change the link for the files as i have had to update the files in the google drive and of course the location will now change, anyway to get this done?

At the bottom of your post, you should have two buttons.

1) Edit post
2) Delete post.





Click the edit button to modify your post.

After you save it, the post will be put back and a note to the lower right side to show others that it has been edited with a date.

Thanks for the reply, but the 2 buttons arent there, ive had this issue on other posts as well

You can edit only posts that you created. If you aren't the author of the post, the edit and delete options are not available.

And IIRC after a certain amount of time the ability to edit one's post expires, and those buttons go away.

Not sure what the llRC is, but I checked one of my posts in 2021 and the buttons are there for me to Edit or Delete the post.

I checked another site and the buttons were not there for me.

I'm a Premium Pilot here on this site so I may have the ability to edit my posts.

Were there several comments after your post you’re talking about? There might be concern (from the moderators) about taking away portions of the ongoing thread after several others have taken part and joined the conversation so there’s a cutoff point to protect your thread.
Example; I make a thread and several people join with their input then for whatever reason I decide to remove pictures or comments I’ve made to the point of damaging the thread conversation. I’m not for sure about this, just my opinion.
