Can't get rid of Error Code 30064

Hello all.

I've rebooted the drone and controller with no luck. I cleared the cache & data from DJI Fly's app then rebooted again with no luck. All permissions are allowed. Updated the app and drone firmware with no luck.

This problem only happens on my Android tablet. My Android phone works fine.

What have I missed?

Something is wrong with the software on the Android tablet
That is a software mismatch error so if it only happens with the tablet its in the tablet.

Thanks, but this is the same software and tablet I used to fly the 2S with. Had no problems til I let the thing sit for about a year. Fired it up this morning and got the error for the first time. I'd never had it before.

Sounds like a software issue. Have you tried updating the app on the tablet? Check what the latest version is compared to yours. It should be above V1.9.9.

Yes but maybe there is an update? if you dont get it while using something else it must be the pad. 30064 is a software mismatch error...... usually when any of the firmware has trouble with the other firmware or software you get this error. Maybe try re-flashing all your stuff, BUT I think its in the pad myself...
