Can't hear audio on playback. Smart Controller

What do I do to hear the audio on the Smart Controller? New zoom owner. Thanks

As far as I know your Zoom doesn't record audio.

The drone itself doesn't record sound, but Smart Controller should, as it has internal microphone. AND it does, BUT there is an overlooked issue with sound quality that it gets.
If someone knows how to fix it, pls post.
On the side note, can it be guarantee claim and chance for replacement?

Also recording audio requires enabling in app. Audio will be in cache video.
