Cant open quickshots

Hi ,
When trying to open quickshots it shows me the screen of dronie,boomwrang etc, but it shows a popup saying :"cant play mp4". Anyone expirienced that ?

The App has several dozen vidoes in it that play as examples, perhaps the folder they are in is corrupted or you have deleted them

Well obviously it will as the app on the tablet has all the files, try reinstalling the app on the S7
