Can't see video

I have a 15" MacBook Pro 2015 w/Retina but for some reason I can't see any videos I am shooting with the new MA2. It says can't open Mpeg-4. Do I have to shoot in Mov. to open on a Mac? Imovie wouldn't open it either. Any suggestions? Funny enough my Note 10 plays the SD Card no problem.

Apple wants you to use .mov files. It's an apple control thing. Since you are going to to be using your macbook and imovie for editing just go along with them and ditch the mpeg. Adjust in the camera settings and you should be good to go.
