Care Refresh in Australia

I'm wondering if anyone can share their experiences with DJI Care Refresh in Australia?How long did postage take? Return timeframe? Any issues with replacement unit which is likely to be a refurbished unit?

Cant help with dji refresh but i bought my drone from auscameras in Melbourne .first one gimbal overload ,returned got a replacement,second one camera shaking all over the place.waiting on my third one. the drones have been refurbished units from china, which they must carry in stock, as delivery was only a couple of days.Not very happy chappy so far .If the next one fails i will ask for a refund.

Thanks. I just sent mine off to them (broken gimbal) and need a replacement or repair back in 2 weeks but I don't think that's possible

I sent mine in for a broken gimbal in February. I, too, needed it back within two weeks but it took four. Replacement unit seemed to be brand new and I've had no issues with it at all.
