Hi! I have need to have my drone fixed so I filled in all the Care / Refresh details online, got to the end, hit the “print” button and ...nothing! I was expecting to be asked for the payment and told how to return the broken drone but nothing! What happens next?

I got the case number on the page that I printed. No email though, and I wasn’t asked to pay anything either?
