Is the foam piece or "rest bed" designed to slide as you bring up the drone from the bottom of the case? I'm getting used to it but I'm wondering if it's a design thing or not.

I used tomcase with Air3, now ordered the same for 3S, mod for gimball departament took 5 minutes. Tested lekuse, fpvosky, startrc. These are another league

Sorry I was talking about the case that the air 3s combo w rc2 comes in. It slides back up the case every time. I thought about just using double sided tape to keep it in place, It's not really a problem but that's why I wonder if it was just mine or not.IMG_3847.JPGIMG_3849.JPG

Thinking about a semi hard or hard case but finding the supplied DJI shoulder bag excellent right now (bought the Air 3s fly more combo).

I Recommend to buy hard case or to disassemble the propellers, they will get banned from that bag, I used that bottom sponge because it also keeps the shape of the bag

I like the way it sits in the case, already open makes setup easier.

Did you mean bent in that bag because that's what I'm afraid of because of the relief cutouts on the housing of the drone body. I also think using a propeller strap hold down would damage or bend the props as well.

I use this prop holder in the original bag and it works well. It is plastic around the props to hold its own shape to not press on the props.
