Casting FPV to tablet?

Has anyone tried (successfully) to cast their live FPV/Control screen on an Android phone to an Android tablet or TV?
Not for control, but for viewing.

Current phone: Note 9
Current tablet: Galaxy tab s2

Yes, I have casted to my Samsung smart TV. I use a Verizon Jet pack for network. It works, but the main issues are 1. Range. If I walk too far from the jet pack, the casting drop, and 2. Internet speed. Since the jetpack is handling two network connections (TV and DJI go 4 tablet) and transferring the cast video, the picture sometimes tears and pixelates on TV. A faster wireless router might solve the speed issue.
