Bought a mini 3 pro and having some crappy signal. Losing signal at 2000 feet direct line of sight. How do you know if you have a CE or FCC model or mode?

You in USA so you should be in FCC

There's no difference in the drone.
DJI make only one model which switches FCC/CE/SRCC/MIC based on your flying location.
Using within the US means that your drone is using FCC.
