Changing Exposure in 360 degree filming

On my MP, is there a camera setting that will change the exposure as I film a a 360 degree video? I set it up then it becomes over exposed as I face the sun. How do you all keep that from happening? I know it can be done manually, but when flying a Litchi mission I don’t see how that can be consistent. Help
