Changing Phone Save Location

When I have the option to save photos and (720p) video to my phone it always defaults to internal storage. I'm looking for a way to change where these files are saved. My phone only has 32GB of storage but my phone's SD card has 128GB. Is there any way to tell the app to save these files to the SD card instead?
