Charge and fly at the same time????

With all these iPhone 7 dongles coming out I noticed one that gives the iPhone 2 lighting ports. Does anyone know if this would let you charge with one lighting port while using the other port to fly?

Perhaps...but, sounds a bit cumbersome to me.
