Yes.

They are the same size physically, only the capacity is different. You can mix & match the batteries in the hub no problems.

I got both fly more kits, I just looked at both chargers. They are identical, same model number and all.

the only difference is the time it takes to charge ,and just to clarify the hub itself is not actually the charger, thats the part that plugs into the power outlet,and then into the hub

Correct, my bad. I stated both chargers, but I meant to say both hubs, they are the same.
