Chicago burbs

Anyone around the chicago burbs? It's a perfect day to fly. I've only been to the poplar creek model aiplane flying field in Hoffman Estates. Which to be honest is not the greatest place to capture good photos but is perfect for practice. Anyone know of any better places to go?

Welcome aboard, Mavic22!!. Glad you have a sense of humor.

I'm sure you have some spectacular natural areas in your region to take your Mavic into. Be open-minded about your flight areas and use what is available to you. Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder, so just get out there and go for it. Every flight is another lesson learned.
