I used a service to translate the Chinese Audio to Text Then Google to Translate Text to English:
Chinese: 在人飞机正在接近请在安全高度飞行
English: When the aircraft is approaching, please fly at a safe altitude.
*was at 400 feet, dropped altitude as soon as it came in we have planes around here its pretty high up like normal and was LAANC approved.
