Cinematic mode with other modes such as active track or circle

Is it possible to have the cinematic mode on at the same tome with say the active track mode? Seems like its one or the other.
Also, while tracking me, when I stop walking and then start again there is a short blur. How do you get rid of the blurring issue?

Additionally - is it possible to record sound while using video?
