How do I get access to post in classifieds

Just had a look at the forum COMMUNITY RULES and don’t see anything to say how long you have to be a member or how many posts you have to make before you can use the classified section.

I am sure there are some rules on this so what am I missing?

Also admins getting to the Community rules was difficult, I would think this should be easy like a button at the top of the page where you chose forum, news, articles etc.

There's a link for Community Rules at the bottom of every page under "Site Links."

How do I get access to post in classifieds

There's a pinned post at the top of the Classifieds forum titled "Classifieds / Please Read" which states:

1. Members must be active for 30 days and have 10 posts before they are allowed to post a classified listing.
