Cleaning gimbal

I have a sticky gimbal. Drone is only a few weeks old with only 2.5 hours of flight time. I took off and landed from a dirt parking lot and must have gotten into the gimbal. What is the best way to clean deeply?

Compressed air first. Small nozzle.

And to prevent that from happening again, invest in a landing pad, or make one its cheaper.
Also, I have extended skids to raise my drone 4 inches above the ground, in case I miss the landing pad
and land in high grass. I have 2 landing pads one for the beach , or very dusty roads. Good investment.

I have now! Also now have landing pad and landing extension (mavic 2). Learned my lesson!
