I would not use a bristle brush to apply this to a drone. You would not want this going anywhere you did not intend, such as motor windings and sensitive electronics. To clean the plastic hull surfaces, I would use a microfiber cloth with repeated applications, only over the surfaces you wish to clean.

I do have to ask though, how dirty is your drone?

Mostly, especially flying around the water, salt is the issue, and this can be easily removed by just a moist cloth.
