Cnt get connectection between DJI GO4 app and my Mavic

After the latest upg FW (0.007) my app DJI GO4 stays disconnected from my Mavic pro.

My remote controller works fine and sees the drone.

Have uninstalled and installed the app severall times with still no connection.
Have even installed the app on 2 other devices and with the same result.

In assistent2 no strange things to see.

Hope some one can help me, thnx.

What cable are you using to be RC, side or bottom port

If bottom you MUST unplug the side cable from the RC.

What device are you using? Remember to turn on the RC, then the app, then the Mavic; turn off in reverse order.

What cable are you using to be RC, side or bottom port

If bottom you MUST unplug the side cable from the RC.

Sounds silly but have you tried logging out of your account (on the app) and logging back in?

With everything off,hook everything up, turn on your remote control, turn on your mavic, then turn on device the go4 app should open up automatically.

Have you updated the DJI GO 4 app to the latest version 4.1.0 as this has fixed the disconnect issue with some other users.
