It's DJI's extended protection/warranty plan. I don't know the details of the plan but you can look it up. The price seemed reasonable if you are concerned about losing or damaging your drone. I'm at a point in my life where losing a $700 drone would definitely be annoying, but not earth shattering to replace. I don't buy extended warranties for anything, but some folks have not yet reached that level of comfort in their lives. Just be sure to read the fine print!

DJI Care Refresh. It’s their insurance for your drone. It offers up to two replacements per year and can be renewed.
