I have recently come across an advert for drone pilots/trainee drone pilots with Airdata Systems Air Data Systems | Recruitment | Join us. Has anybody had any experience working for or know anybody that has worked for them ? I’m just looking into them a bit more before I apply.
Be careful with this one. Do you already have a pfco? If so, you can get work through them but they pay barely enough to cover any travel costs.
If you don’t have a pfco, their offer to 'train you' costs £700. For which, you may as well do your own pfco and not be beholden to them.
Most of all, keep in mind the laws and requirements for commercial work will be changing in July and you might be wasting your money.https://www.heliguy.com/blog/2019/12/13/new-drone-regulations-to-start-in-the-uk-in-summer-2020/
