Strange, I have called them on various days, numerous times from morning until evening at two different numbers plus texted them and have not received a single reply back. Makes me worry about sending them anything if they don't even get back to a possible customers request to get in touch.

Are you sure you're calling a valid number? I only see one number here on their website.
 
Yes the 0549 number, I've called that number many times over the past several days but only get a message asking to leave a name while they try and reach the party then it goes to voice mail. The other number I got from their old actual shop that seems to have closed down. That number still rings but again, no one answers it. Just tried it again and like all the other times, no one ever answers.

Finally he answered this evening but on the old number. So at least I can now move forward. Good luck with Paintshop Pro but you'd be better off with Luminar 4 for photo editing, than Paintshop Pro.
