Hey,
With the wording of the new FAA rules? regulations? Whatever they are. I'm reading this as they are saying that we cant fly in controlled airspace as a recreational flier. What about the areas that are controlled from 1,000 ft up, etc? Can I fly below that with no problem?
See that attached map from the FAA's GIS link. If I wanted to fly the area that I marked with a green dot, would that be a violation? or is it ok because it's technically below the controlled airspace?
Thanks for your help!
