As noted in the previously reply, need more incident details on what happened would be handy.

However guessing a touch, if everything powers up and you cannot go into the Fly app and settings and pair your remote to your aircraft, it would seem you've had some sort of failure that will require opening a ticket with DJI Support to perhaps have your MA2 repaired or replaced, depending perhaps on how long you've had it.

A meaningless question unless you have specifics.

Maybe start by trying to rebind the controller..
