Connection Problem

I purchased my DJI Mavic Pro approx. 3 weeks ago and have been flying it with my Iphone 7 with no problems. Today I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Notebook and cant seem to get it to connect to the Drone. I am using the same App for both Devices ( DJI Go 4 ), any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

A lot of the cheap usb cables for androids are charge only. Make sure you are using a quality cable that is data transfer ready. Make sure your phone allows the needed permissions for DJI go 4 to work with it.
I cant give you any specifics, because I quit android a few years ago.
Also remember that the remote control only allows the use of ONE cable at a time. Either the side port or the bottom port. If even a blank cable is plugged into the side, the bottom wont work.
