Controller binding mavic pro 2

Had to change my controller. Tried to link the new controller but every time I get a msg from application as attached. Any idea?

What device are you using to run DJI Go4 ?
Maybe it's incompatible

Have you tried the linking process without using DJI Go4
It's 45 seconds into the video "Linking the remote controller using the combination buttons"
