Controller won't update past 20% - connection issues

Hi All,

This all started when my Mavic started losing video connection during flight. I would bring it back, land and re-start to get the video connection back. This happened a few times then when trying to reconnect, the controller just stopped connecting. I am trying to re-install the firmware, tried downgrading etc. but the controller will not update past 20% on any firmware. Eventually, the update fails.

Any thoughts?

I'm using the DJI assistant, I have tried simply connecting the controller to the computer and installing the firmware directly to the controller.

Are you running the most recent version of the DJI Assistant 2 app?

I believe so, I just downloaded it today

The current version is 1.1.0-2. You can find the version at the bottom, right corner of the main window in the DJI Assistant 2 app.

What happens when you try to update the remote controller firmware from DJI GO 4?

it says that it's up to date, I can't see a way to manually update it, is there a way to force it through the Go4 app?
