Corrupted video files

Hi,

My new Mini arrived today. It's pouring rain so I won't get a chance to try it outside until tomorrow. The forecast is high winds so it may be yet another day.

I tried it out briefly in the living room. It flew great and I tried four videos. Two of the MP4s came out great but two were unplayable. I got the following message. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas of how to prevent it?

welcome to the forum, did you stop the video before you turned of the drone if not put it back in the drone and start the drone this should then allow the info stored in the drone to finish downloading onto the SD card another issue is if the SD card is not fast enough to record video if you do get the files back then dont forget to format the sard which will clear the card ready for your next recording do this after you have saved them to your PC

Yes, welcome. As a new pilot myself, I can vouch for how helpful you will find the posts and the people here. Be sure to try searching the forums first when you have an issue like this one. I had the same thing happen and found the solution (the same as old man mavic has given you) in no time flat. There are several threads on it. For some things, you will find the answer super quickly and get back in the air in no time with it solved. Good luck!
